Guide to overcoming forgotten Single Sign On (SSO) password

To overcome forgetting the SSO account password, you can follow these steps:

1.First, access Tel-U Satu at satu.telkomuniversity.ac.id >> Click Forgot Password?

2. Enter the SSO username, for example: megadti >> Enter your ID number >> Verification >> Enter OTP code (SMS)

3. Create a password according to the criteria that appear on the screen >> Select Change Password to complete the password change process
