DEVTI (IT Development) is one of the affairs in the Information Technology unit of Telkom University Jakarta which focuses on research and development of information technology applications. With the main objective of improving the quality of campus operations, DEVTI continues to innovate to provide effective and efficient IT solutions, supporting various strategic initiatives of the Jakarta campus.

Some of DEVTI’s business programs include the development of SIAK (Logistics Lending Application System), DARSY (Document Archive System) and ADVICE (Accounting Document Verification System) application products. Developed to create more efficient management of every logistics need in the Telkom University Jakarta environment.

INTEN (IT Infrastructure and Content) is one of the teams in the Information Technology Support unit of Telkom University Jakarta which is responsible for the management and development of IT infrastructure and digital content. INTEN ensures that the campus technology infrastructure runs optimally, supports all academic and operational activities, and provides relevant and up-to-date digital content for the needs of the entire academic community.

One of INTEN’s priority programs is the development of network infrastructure in every campus building of Telkom University Jakarta. This program includes the installation and maintenance of reliable wired and wireless networks to ensure fast and stable internet connectivity. The aim is to support the learning process, research, and campus operational activities to the maximum. With adequate network infrastructure, the entire academic community can enjoy better access to technology, thus encouraging innovation and efficiency in various campus activities.

Another flagship program is the development of the iTop Combodo application. iTop Combodo is an application designed to simplify the management of IT processes and operations efficiently. The application offers a wide range of features that include configuration management, changes, incidents, service requests, recovery, maintenance and more, all of which can be accessed and controlled through an intuitive interface. This application is supported by the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and can be customized according to organizational needs.

INTEN also runs a digital content development program that focuses on technology information on various platforms, including websites, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. This program aims to disseminate the latest knowledge and information about IT, as well as strengthen the involvement of academic and professional communities in the technology field. With relevant and up-to-date content, INTEN strives to build a dynamic digital ecosystem and support Telkom University Jakarta’s vision as a center of excellence in information technology development.
