Use of TelU-Connect Telkom University Jakarta Campus
Telkom University introduces a new innovation in campus internet network services by launching TelU-Connect, which is ready to be used by the entire academic community since March 13, 2023. For students, lecturers, and employees, TelU-Connect is present as a replacement solution for the previous WiFi networks, namely Employee@TelkomUniversity and TelkomUniversity.
So, what exactly is TelU-Connect? TelU-Connect is a campus WiFi network designed to provide easier and more integrated internet access for all users in the Telkom University environment. The advantage is that all academics can immediately use this network by simply logging in using an existing SSO (Single Sign-On) account. This makes access simpler and faster without having to create a new account.
How to Use TelU-Connect
The steps to use TelU-Connect are very easy. Users only need to select the TelU-Connect WiFi network on their device, then log in using the Telkom University SSO account. After logging in, internet access is immediately open, providing seamless convenience for users, both for academic purposes and daily work.
Although designed for convenience, sometimes users can experience technical problems, such as not being able to connect or experiencing signal interference. If you experience problems while using TelU-Connect, Telkom University provides assistance services through the Service Desk. Users can report problems with the ticketing system through the official Service Desk portal at DTI Telkom University Jakarta Campus. The technical team is ready to help resolve any problems quickly.

TelU-Connect WiFi Network Access Guide
With a different authentication system from its predecessors (Employee@TelkomUniversity and TelkomUniversity) which use captive portal technology, here are the steps to connect to the TelU-Connect WiFi network:
- Open WiFi settings on the device and select the TelU-Connect SSID.
- Enter your iGracias username and password in the fields provided (example, username: Nobita, password: Nobita123!), then select OK, Join, or Connect. After that, follow the instructions according to the type of device used.
TelU-Connect for Windows
1. The question “Continue connecting?” appears after selecting OK
2. Choose Connect to connect to the TelU-Connect WiFi. network
TelU-Connect for iOS
- Appear pop-up Certificate after select Join
- Select Trust to connect to the TelU-Connect WiFi. network
TelU-Connect for macOS
1. Connect to wifi network Telu Connect
2. Input Akun SSO Username dan Password, and thenklik “OK”
3. Certificate license notification, click “continue”
4. If successful, the status is “connected”
TelU-Connect for Android
1. Input username and password iGracias in the coloumn Identity and Password
2. If there is a choice CA certificate, select Don’t validate, and then clickConnect, or
Important Note: If you change the SSO password, please Forget SSID TelU-Connect first.
TelU-Connect or TUNE Issue: “No Internet, secured” or “Can’t connect to this network” on Windows Laptop Devices
Here are some things that can be done to overcome TelU-Connect or TUNE connection problems with notifications like the one above:
Forget TelU-Connect or TUNE
1. Click the Quick Settings button located in the bottom right corner of the Windows Taskbar.
2. In the Quick Settings menu, find the WiFi button and click the arrow next to it.
3. Right-click on TelU-Connect, TelkomUniversity, or Employee@TelkomUniversity and select Forget.
4. Finally, reconnect with TelU-Connect, TelkomUniversity, or Employee@TelkomUniversity to see whether or not you have successfully connected. If not, please continue to the guide below.
Restart WiFi Driver
1. Right click on the Windows logo and select Device Manager.
2. Double click Network adapters via Device Manager
3. Select and right-click on the existing WiFi driver (the driver name may differ on each device), then click Disable device and select Yes on the prompt that appears.
4. Restart the computer, reopen the Device Manager application, select and right-click the WiFi driver that was previously disabled, then select Enable device.
5. Finally, reconnect with TelU-Connect
*If TelU-Connect wifi access still cannot be connected, report your problem to DTI Telkom University Jakarta Campus by attaching your identity and the location where TelU-Connect is experiencing problems.
TelU-Connect Wifi Access Failed Problem (no internet, secured) on Android HP Devices
1. Forget TelU Connect wifi
2. If you have tried, re-login to the TelU Connect SSID. If it still doesn’t work, continue checking the DNS and VPN on the mobile device.
3. Open the settings on your mobile device, select Connection.
4. Select “More Connection”
5. For VPN, set it to (NONE) and for Private DNS, set it to (automatic).
6. For private DNS, select “automatic”
TelU-Connect Problem: "No Internet, secured" or "Can't connect to this network" on MacOS Devices
1. Please connect to the inaccessible wifi network, then click “details”
2. Make sure the Tel-U Connect network IP status is clear as shown in the image below:
3. Check the DNS section to see if it is set to “automatic”. If the setting is “manual”, please change it to automatic (static DHCP).
Tel-U Connect for Device INFINIX, REALME AND GOOGLE PIXEL
- For the EAP method, fill in “PEAP”
- Phase 2 authentication “MSCHAPV2”
- Before going to CA Certificate, please download the following certificate file first: download here
- If you have clicked on the CA Certificate, select “Install from gallery” then select the file that was previously downloaded.
- Identify filled in “username sso”
- the password is filled in with “sso password”
- Select “Connect”
New Students Failed to Login to Tel-U Connect Notification “Unable to connect to Tel-U Connect network”
Make sure your NIK is registered on iGracias. Login igraciasnya > selectmenu edit profile > search form “kewarganegaraan”. If the NIK is still empty, please contact BCA https://linktr.ee/bsla_univtelkom
If NIK has been registered by the BSLA, Please login to iGracias then change the iGracias password in the menu edit profile > account > change password. After changing the password, please try to login iGracias using the new password, if successful? Please try to re-login the Tel-U Connect connection.
